HOW DO I BOOK?

Please visit the RSVP section of the site and fill out the booking form. A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is required at the time of booking.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

The rates provided for the full vacation package include: round-trip flights between your departure airport and Cancun, one piece of checked luggage per person, round-trip transportation between the airport and the resort, 7-nights accommodation in a Junior Suite with an all-inclusive meal and drink plan. Guests staying at RIU Palace Costa Mujeres have the privilege to visit RIU Dunamar next door and experience all of their amenities as well as restaurants and bars.

In addition to this, it also includes support from our professional team at Paraiso Destination Weddings, from the time you book until you return home!

WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION AFTER FILLING OUT THE BOOKING FORM?

Once your deposits have been processed, you will receive confirmation via email. If you require additional quotes, we will be in touch prior to processing your deposits and confirming your spots.

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE A COPY OF MY PASSPORT?

Yes, we require a copy of each passport for every person on your booking.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?

Paraiso Destination Weddings strongly recommends the purchase of an all-inclusive travel insurance package including, but not limited to, trip cancellation & interruption, emergency medical & delay or loss of baggage. Paraiso Destination Weddings is not a licensed insurance company, so it is the responsibility of the client to do their due diligence in finding the right coverage for their needs.

Please note that you have the most options within the first 72 hours after booking with your deposit.

You can request a quote for insurance through Manulife using the link below, or you can also go through another licensed insurance company that you trust. Please make sure you fully understand the coverage that you are purchasing.

WHEN WILL MY FLIGHT TIMES BE AVAILABLE?

Flight times are usually released about six months prior to departure. Please note that all flight times, schedules, airlines, type of aircraft as well as flight itineraries, are subject to change with or without prior notice.

WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION PENALTIES?

- Up until the final payment deadline the deposit is non-refundable.

- After final payments up until 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the total price is non-refundable.

- 29 days or less to departure, 100% of the total price is non-refundable.

If a cancellation results in a room occupancy change, the remaining guests in that room will be subject to new rates.

CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS TOWARDS MY TRIP?

We encourage it! Please feel free to inquire about setting up a payment schedule or you can reach out to make a payment at anytime.

CAN I MAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS?

We can make special requests (bedding, room location etc.) with the hotel, however, please note that these are never guaranteed. Requests will be subject to availability upon arrival and at the hotel's discretion. We do suggest that you reiterate any request upon arrival directly with the hotel.

CAN I ADD SOMEONE TO MY ROOM LATER?

Guests in this situation have a few options. They can place early deposits for a TBA guest whose details will be finalized and added at a later date. However, this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to existing passengers should they decide they no longer want to bring a guest.

Alternatively, if a current single occupant wants to add a person to their booking later on, they can request a new rate for the additional guest. In this case, the rate for the existing passenger will change to the double occupancy rate that was available at the time of their original booking. The new guest will be subject to current rates and availability at time of booking.

Please request approval from the wedding couple prior to adding guests that were not on their guest list.

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR E-DOCUMENTS?

E-documents for travel will be available approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. Please note that e-documents will not be released until all reservations on file have been paid in full.

Boarding passes will be available electronically during online check-in or you will receive one in person if checking in at the airport.
