Departing out of Saskatoon (YXE)

All guests traveling out of Saskatoon will have their hotel rooms booked with the group through our travel agent. Guests will book their flights separately. Transportation to and from the resort, if not booked when you book your flight, can be arranged by our travel agent upon request. Rooms can be held with a non-refundable $250 deposit per person. Rates for hotel rooms are on a by-request basis with the hotel and are valid for 7 days. When you are ready to make your deposit, please fill out the RSVP form, and a current quote will be requested for your room. Please select 'hotel-only' when submitting your booking form, and our travel agent will be in touch with you.



Guests who wish to book their flights separately

Guests who will be booking their own flights and will only need the All-inclusive accommodations, will fill out the RSVP form and check the box that says "Hotel-only". Our travel agent will be in touch with current hotel room rates. Quotes for the hotel will be valid for 7 days and can be secured with a $250 deposit per person.



Other occupancy rates, room categories and alternate departure airports are available upon request.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Full vacation packages are inclusive of airfare, 7 nights' accommodation, all food and beverages at the resort, one piece of checked luggage per person (up to 23 kg), transfers, taxes, and fees. "Hotel-only" bookings include, 7 nights' accommodation and all food and beverages at the resort. A $250 non-refundable deposit per person will secure your rate if paid by May 30th, 2024. Final payments are due January 22nd, 2025. Payment plans are available upon request. Rates Subject to change.



It is recommended that guests book their vacation packages/rooms within the group to maintain the booking with supplier minimums. Booking within the group not only keeps everyone organized and well taken care of, the wedding couple will also receive bonuses with the supplier with a minimum number of adults booked in with the vacation package. Guests who wish to book flights on their own may absolutely do so, and can reach out to Teresa for a quote for their hotel room. Any guests who do book outside the group without our the use of our travel agent are kindly asked to email Teresa with your RSVP. This is to keep everyone organized on one master guest list for the resort, to facilitate guests at the wedding events.
